Service scope
LeadChime provides website setup, hosting, maintenance, support, website updates by text, and related lead follow-up or review support tools depending on the selected plan and configuration.
Pricing
The standard starting offer is $199 one-time for setup and $25 per month for ongoing maintenance. Additional services may be offered separately.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, requested content, and any needed approvals for website launch or updates.
Support and changes
Reasonable website changes and support requests are handled as part of the ongoing service. Larger projects, redesigns, or add-on work may require separate scope and pricing.
Limitation
LeadChime aims to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes such as lead volume, rankings, or advertising performance.
